Livelihood Options For Small-scale Farmers. (Chapter 38). Assume that I am a small-scale African farmer. "What livelihood options do I have in order to create myself a better future?" 1. Not to change. Continue what I am doing. 2. Grow something more profitable, like vegetables. 3. Grow something even more profitable, like fruits. 4. Take advantage of size, by creating cooperatives. 5. Find my livelihood NOT from traditional farming, but from some industry, service, etc.

THEY live in Africa, THEY work, THEY live in poverty, THEY are hungry, and... THEY ARE FARMERS! Why is that? Is there is a way out for them? In this video I take you with me and reveal the numbers behind the harsh results.

Do not fall into the self-pity trap. Farmers, and even if they are poor and hungry, need positive goals.

IS LESS (farmers) IS MORE (success)? This is a 7 million years historical lesson from HOMININS MAKING A LIVING (Hominins are all species on the human line for about 7M years of evolution). We understand that agricultural export is the way forward for the farmers and the state. But, before we kick in, let's ask: 1. What are the characteristics of farmers who will export? Who is our focus group? 2. What is the portion of farmers who will export? All farmers (100%), 70%, 30%, 10%, 1%? One way of getting answers is by looking DEEP BACK into history, and learn how things worked for us, Human, throughout our common evolution and history. More in the video.

If we want to change Agriculture, we need to know where we are now, where we want to get, and a Roadmap, which is kind of a Recipe, of how to get there. Green Valley is that Roadmap/Recipe for changing from Traditional Agriculture to Agro-Industry.

To start exporting agri-produce you need to (in this order) - 1. Set your mind on SUCCESS and creating ABUNDANCE. 2. Worshiping QUALITY. 3. Producing high VOLUME/QUANTITY.

Export is the ultimate way to merge the desires and needs of the farmers and the country.
